Processor is only a bit faster than X61, but it has twice as much RAM (4GB) and a larger HD (320GB). Also i think that the display is more stable since X61 has only a thin plastic coating on it. If you press too hard in the middle of the screen then the display gets blurred. I hope this has changed with X200 but it feels more stable. The resolution and the display size is also different! The X200 has a wide screen display.
Price is approximately 1470€ with Vista, which you might not need, then its 100€ cheaper.
